Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Neocarbon Power website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Description of Services

Neocarbon Power provides eco lodge accommodation, guided nature tours, and conservation experiences in Malaysia. Our services include:

• Sustainable accommodation in eco-friendly lodges
• Guided rainforest tours and wildlife observation
• Educational conservation programs
• Eco-tourism activities and experiences

Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives. A booking is confirmed only when:

• Payment has been received and processed
• You receive written confirmation from us
• All required documentation is submitted

Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

• 50% deposit required upon booking
• Full payment due 30 days before arrival
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards and bank transfers
• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms:

• More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• 30-60 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund
• Force majeure events may allow for exceptions at our discretion

Guest Responsibilities

As our guest, you agree to:

• Respect the natural environment and wildlife
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from our staff
• Behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests or wildlife
• Comply with all local laws and regulations
• Provide accurate information during booking
• Report any medical conditions that may affect your participation

Health and Safety

Medical Requirements

Guests must:

• Ensure they are physically fit for outdoor activities
• Disclose any medical conditions or dietary requirements
• Carry appropriate travel insurance
• Follow all health and safety protocols

Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that eco-tourism activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Wildlife encounters
• Outdoor environmental conditions
• Physical activities in natural settings
• Travel in remote areas

Limitation of Liability

Neocarbon Power's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

• Acts of nature, weather conditions, or natural disasters
• Third-party services or transportation
• Personal injury due to failure to follow safety guidelines
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Consequential or indirect damages

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or civil unrest.

Environmental Responsibility

By using our services, you agree to:

• Minimize environmental impact during your stay
• Support our conservation initiatives
• Respect protected areas and wildlife
• Follow Leave No Trace principles

Intellectual Property
